Looking after your greenhouse heater

We stand by our greenhouse heaters, and we want you to get the most out of yours. That’s why we offer servicing and repairs for all our own gas and electric heaters, made here at Hotbox Heaters.

To ensure trouble-free heating every year, it is better to give your greenhouse heater some yearly TLC. We recommend doing this before it gets cold out, just in case your heater is about to fail.

Cost

Generally, our greenhouse heater servicing costs £60 (this includes VAT and return postage), plus any additional costs for parts that need replacing. (Please note that we will not add any parts without your prior consent.)

How it works

1. Postage

Post your Hotbox heater back to us at:

2. Service

We complete the service and inform you of any parts required before adding.

3. Payment

We call you to complete the final payment for the service.

4. Return postage

We return your heater back to you, good as new!
